1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on tip4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the term of your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online betting is not unlawful.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of tip4d, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the Platform or by any regulatory authority.
• You do not already hold an Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.

tip4d reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility requirements are found to be unsatisfied — including where age is found to be below 21. Any Balance attributable to gameplay conducted before verification may be forfeited where material misrepresentation is established.

3 Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create a personal Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Date of birth.
• A valid email address to which you have sole access.
• A mobile phone number registered in Indonesia.
• A secure password of your choosing.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. tip4d is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to provide accurate registration information.

One Account per person. You may not hold, operate, or use more than one Account at any time. If multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — regardless of the name, email, device, or payment method used — tip4d reserves the right to close all such duplicate Accounts, confiscate any Bonus Funds, and withhold any winnings generated from Bonus Funds across those Accounts.

4 KYC Verification

tip4d is committed to maintaining a secure and responsible platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC verification may be triggered at any of the following points:

• Prior to processing a withdrawal request, at any amount.
• When cumulative deposits exceed thresholds set by our compliance team.
• When our fraud-detection systems flag unusual account activity.
• At any time at tip4d's discretion.

When a KYC request is initiated, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport.
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document clearly showing your date of birth.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photo of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, showing your name and account number.
• Source of Funds: Documentation demonstrating the legitimate origin of funds deposited, if requested.

Documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. tip4d will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC verification is successfully completed. tip4d reserves the right to refuse withdrawals and close Accounts where KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable period, or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on tip4d are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Accepted Payment Methods. tip4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local payment channels:

• Local Banks: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

Deposit Terms. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance once confirmed by the payment processor. tip4d does not charge fees on standard local deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the cashier and are subject to change. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where technically feasible.

Withdrawal Terms. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your tip4d Account. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published at the cashier. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification prior to first processing. Processing times vary by payment method but tip4d targets same-business-day processing for verified Accounts during WIB business hours.

Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. tip4d reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from the remaining Balance of dormant Accounts. Members will be notified in advance before any such deduction is applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

tip4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each offer, including any rollover requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable rollover requirement has been met in full.
• Rollover requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period if requirements remain unmet.
• Certain games may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate toward, wagering requirements. A full game contribution schedule is available from the support team upon request.
• tip4d reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, system errors, or violation of these Terms.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as stated in individual promotion terms.

7 Betting & Game Rules

Each product category on tip4d — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — is governed by its own detailed game and betting rules, which are accessible from within the relevant product area. The following general principles apply across all Services:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be altered, cancelled, or reversed by the Member, except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the applicable game rules (e.g., cash-out features on sportsbook where available).
• System Errors: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tip4d reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the Member's Account. tip4d will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such errors.
• Obvious Errors in Odds: Where sportsbook odds are published at manifestly incorrect prices — whether due to a typographical error, data feed failure, or any other cause — tip4d reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous odds, at its sole discretion.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum winnings limits apply per bet, per event, and per day across all product categories. These limits are published within the relevant product area and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Togel Draw Results: Results for togel draws (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney pools) are sourced from the official output of the respective pool operators and are final. No dispute relating to draw results will be entertained after the result has been published and confirmed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game results or exploit promotional offers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to tip4d immediately and must not be exploited. Any winnings derived from an exploited bug will be forfeited.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Using payment methods or funds that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction with your bank or payment provider.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing tip4d staff or other Members via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, game code, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of tip4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from tip4d.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use any content for commercial purposes or in any manner that competes with tip4d's business.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in Platform content.

The tip4d name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Platform operator. Use of these marks without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10 Privacy & Data

tip4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, tip4d uses your personal data to:

• Verify your identity and eligibility (KYC).
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Provide customer support and respond to your enquiries.
• Send you relevant account notifications and, where you have opted in, promotional communications.
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, and such providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tip4d expressly excludes all warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

tip4d does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• The information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current at any given time.
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within any particular timeframe.

Cap on Liability. tip4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Excluded Losses. Under no circumstances shall tip4d be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational damage, even if tip4d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Termination

Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and these Terms.

Termination by tip4d. tip4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is detected or suspected.
• We are required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• We reasonably believe that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tip4d reserves the right to withhold any Balance, Bonus Funds, and pending withdrawals pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, all funds may be forfeited.

13 Amendments

tip4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.

The version of the Terms displayed on this page is always the current and operative version. The effective date is displayed at the top of this page. tip4d recommends that you review these Terms periodically.

14 Governing Law

These Terms, your use of the Platform, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law, as administered by the jurisdiction in which tip4d is incorporated and licensed.

You acknowledge that online betting regulations in Indonesia are subject to ongoing legal development, and that access to the Platform from Indonesia is at your own risk and responsibility. tip4d makes no representation that the Platform or its Services are lawful in your specific location beyond what is described in these Terms.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through tip4d's internal complaints procedure will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Both parties waive any right to a jury trial or class-action proceedings in connection with any dispute arising from these Terms.
